Everything very correct. The garage is about a five-minute walk away. Easy access. It takes about 25 minutes on foot to the old town - La Concha beach. It is next to the Anoeta stadium. The neighborhood has all services, supermarket five minutes away

Modern and functional A light with a presence detector that we couldn't disable and that was annoying if you got up at night since the children's bedroom door couldn't be closed with the two beds and it illuminated the room. The garage a bit far

Very clean, modern, quality appliances, fully equipped, fast internet, 2-2.5 km from centre. Fan, no A/C, but you know that when you book and tbh you don’t need it in San Sebastián 360 days/year. Parking included. Instructions to access the apartment are complicated and the door opening system does not work properly (my wife couldn’t open it at all). Parking located in a different building, 5 minutes away, with the entrance quite difficult to locate.
