Thanks to the SanSe Holidays Team, we had a great stay in a pleasant apartment. As someone with dietary restrictions, it was important for me to be able to cook, and the apartment was well equipped with enough utensils to do so. Despite some of the older negative reviews, it’s clear that the place has been improved and renovated. It looks just like the pictures. The gated setting also made us feel very safe—we even felt comfortable leaving the windows open at night, as they are only on one side. Yes, the apartment is located on a hill, but it’s only a few minutes’ walk. Inside, there is plenty of light, and the additional lighting makes the space feel warm, comfortable, and home-like. The bed was very comfortable, everything was very clean, and the bathroom is modern. While the floor may not be brand new, it is absolutely fine and adds a bit of charm. The location is good — we were able to reach everything on foot approximately 15-25 minutes, which we really enjoyed. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thanks again to the team. For us it seemed all fine. We are fit people that can walk up a hill for a few minutes and walking is a habit.

I liked that the apartment for two people is great, it also has a sofa bed, quite close to the center, about 10/15 minutes on foot, super comfortable and has heating which is appreciated. The WiFi was the only thing that didn't work well and the small hill you have to climb before arriving with some stairs, but not very unpleasant. I found the price a bit expensive for 2 nights considering you have to leave at 11 in the morning, but otherwise perfect.

The apartment is acceptable, you pay what it is. Which gives it a lot of points in the great location it has. Free parking about 15 minutes walk. The cleanliness was very fair and when we arrived we found quite a musty smell. Communication with the host was good, he almost always answered quickly to everything except for one occasion when we asked him about the wifi and he did not answer. In general we are very happy with the apartment, if we return through Donostia we would repeat.
