The location and above all having its own parking. That's a plus. Fully equipped kitchen. Easy access once you do the first entry. Lack of maintenance. Mattresses in poor condition. The wifi only worked 2 days out of the 5 we were there. Cleaning was regular. The shower screen in the en-suite bathroom was broken and it was impossible to shower without water coming out. It was difficult to get them to answer our questions via WhatsApp. The intercom also did not work.

the apartment has a comfortable layout and is very pleasant. the beds are comfortable and the location is great. the building entrance was under construction. they didn't notify us and the elevator wasn't working (it's a fourth floor and we were traveling with elderly people) the last night the elevator started working again but we got stuck for half an hour and they had to rescue us. on the other hand, we tried to contact them on Saturday to extend the check-out time by two hours but they didn't answer us. at 11 am on Sunday, a guy entered the apartment to change the sheets and, although he was very kind and finally gave us a 15-minute grace period, it was a bit uncomfortable that he entered with his own keys when we were still in the apartment.
