Perfect location. Not noisy. Renovated apartment. Comfortable beds. Well decorated. Some flaws, lack of a coat of paint. For the price it should be impeccable. You pay for the location. Fairly clean, acceptable. No microwave. Laundry area a bit messy.

The location for this apartment is good. We knew that as we have visited San Sebastián several times. The building itself is fine with a small lift that’s helpful for getting luggage up to the first floor. The Gros district is a really happening part of San Sebastián these days. The space is fine but very low light and we weren’t able to open the windows due to people smoking in the light wells and adjacent apartments. The outlook is into the backs of other apartments. We also had a fair bit of noise coming from the apartment above until well into the early hours of the morning. The main bedroom has a small walk through wardrobe and ensuite. The second bathroom is super small but new and fresh. We didn’t cook while we were there but did use the kitchen to make breakfast, coffee and tea and that worked well. There is a full sized fridge with a freezer which is a plus in a place like San Sebastián. We were two couples staying in the apartment and we all missed having 2 pillows.

Very good location, close to the historic center but in a quieter area. The mattress very comfortable. The bathroom small, the shower leaked water and the toilet lid was broken.
