The apartment consists of a unified space where the different rooms merge, including the bedroom, living room, and dining room. It has two beds, one double and the other 2 m tall, and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with all necessary utensils. A crib is also available upon request. The apartment's terrace is the ideal place to store surfboards.
Located on a quiet street, La Zurriola Beach and the Mompas area, one of San Sebastián's youth hotspots, are less than a minute away. The city center is easily accessible on foot along La Zurriola Promenade, along the seafront.

An apartment completely adapted for 2 people for 4 days. The apartment is very comfortable and comfortable to enjoy the beach and visit the uncontournable places of San Sebastian. Une nuance toutefois concernant des oublis sur le ménage et les elements mis à disposition: absence of papier toilette, un fond à comb visible de liquide vaisselle et surtout, de la moisissure dans le filtre de la cafetière qui a rendu sonuse impossible! During the day, the gérants are available for messages to give advice on the city.

Nice little studio flat very close to the best beach for surfing! It's on the edge of the Gros area of town which is a nice area to walk through, and the main Old Town is only about 15 mins walk away (along the beach!). It's also very close to the start of the walk along the coast to Paseia. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The kitchen area is small but there are two induction hobs, a microwave, a coffee machine and a fridge along with a few pots/pans and plates - we could easily make breakfast and lunch (although there was no kettle when we stayed which might put off tea enthusiasts!). The WiFi was fast and reliable. There's also a drying rack for beachwear/clothes. We visited in April and found things dried very slowly, but we could speed it up by turning on the electric radiator in the room. There isn't a huge amount of natural light except on very sunny days - don't expect views out of the windows - but as a base to go out and see the city from, or to go surfing or walking, it's great. It's also very dark at night due to the great shutters - we slept really well! We arrived in town in the morning and were able to check in earlier than the set time which was great. Borja was helpful via text when arranging this and helping us with check in.
