Location, convenience. Close to the metro, interesting neighborhood with restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket. Access was a bit of a problem because the entrance is on the stairs of a street perpendicular to the main one, but once sorted out, everything was fantastic.

Great location, we arrived by bus, it's close to the station and a short walk to the beach and old town. Very quite at night time which is great The apartment seemed a little damp, like bed sheets and even clothes that hung in the bedrooms for a few days. There was also a really strong smell, at times of food cooking, in the mornings and the evenings which wasn't nice to sleep in.

The apartment was very clean and has everything you may need. The location is within short distance to old town. The view of the property was a cliff wall so it was a little dark/ couldn't see the sky.

Modern apartment in a block, ideal for 3 people. This is a very clean & well stocked apartment around 10 minutes walk from La Concha & 20 minutes from the old town or Gros. There are bars/restaurants nearby including the pedestrianized Reyes Catolicos street which has numerous places to eat & drink. There is also a large supermarket just around the corner.

Relatively new renovation of the apartment, good beds, equipped kitchen. Friendly owner. The neighborhood is terrible, for evening walks. Smells of urine on the stairs. Absence of conditioner. It's bad in the past, rather than broken in the children's clothing. We got into daily rains, so we spent a lot of time in the room, the view from the window is a cliff.
