Great, spacious apartment on a side street with a private parking space in the courtyard. Everything was clean and fully furnished, whether it was the kitchen or the living area. There is a large TV in the living room and a smaller one in the bedroom. Comfortable beds and an adequate bathroom. The apartment appears bright and airy. There is occasional clatter from the courtyard (garages, bar, etc.) but it was generally quiet. You can walk to the beach in 5-7 minutes and shopping is done right at the accommodation. Affordable restaurants are plentiful within a few hundred meters. Bus stops are also directly at the property and quickly take you to the old town of Donostia or further away... Nothing - and by the way, the entire city delighted us with its cleanliness and friendliness.

Quiet, small apartment on the ground floor of an apartment building. The two bedrooms are great for a family with 1 or 2 children. It would be too cramped for four adults. The apartment is equipped with everything that was in the description. The parking space is located in a courtyard behind the house, which you walk to for 3-4 minutes. The surroundings are very quiet, although supermarkets, bars, and bakeries are just around the corner. Ondarreta beach is a five-minute walk away. You can reach the old town in 25 minutes on foot or take the bus that departs around the corner. Everything is great. A few hooks for towels in the bathroom would be a welcome addition.

The decor, the space, and the location were all excellent. It's at the end of the promenade, but the walk is pleasant, and there's a bus stop 5 minutes away that takes you to the city center in 11 minutes. The price was reasonable, and even considering the cost, this accommodation was good compared to what we saw in other areas.
