What is the ZBE?
The Low Emission Zone (LEZ) restricts access for certain vehicles to some areas of San Sebastián city center. Currently, vehicles with environmental labels B, C, ECO, and ZERO emissions can circulate without restrictions. Vehicles without an environmental label or with foreign license plates may require prior authorization.
Who needs to request permission?
Specifically, they must manage authorization:
- Vehicles with foreign registration.
