Excellent location. The cleanliness of the utility areas was acceptable, but there was a lot of accumulated dust on the lamps, high cabinets, etc.

The location was ideal. The apartment was very pleasant. It includes two bedrooms with double beds; one of them has an en-suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms is quite small and, once the baby bed was set up, there was little room to move around. The living room and kitchen are spacious and very well equipped, with all the necessary utensils. We sometimes heard banging noises, probably from the gym or the neighbors, and one day they started early, around 6:30 am. The elevator is very small; it can only accommodate a stroller and a maximum of two suitcases, so we had to carry the stroller up the stairs (luckily, it's on the first floor).
