Everything was perfect. The garage is about a five-minute walk away. Easy access. It takes about 25 minutes on foot to reach the old town and La Concha beach. The apartment is located right next to the Anoeta stadium. The neighborhood has all amenities and a supermarket is five minutes away.

Very clean and modern apartment, with quality appliances, fully equipped, fast internet and located 2-2.5 km from the center. Fan, no air conditioning, but you know this when booking and honestly you don't need it in San Sebastian all year round. Parking included. The instructions to access the apartment are complicated and the door opening system does not work correctly (my wife could not open it). The parking is in another building, 5 minutes away, and its entrance is quite difficult to find.
