What I liked most about this apartment, which I had already spotted on the map when booking, was its location. I was pleasantly surprised by the balcony and the sunlight that flooded the three windows overlooking it every morning: two in the three bedrooms and the one in the living room – a real joy! The view of the Gothic church and its bell tower was also magnificent, day and night! The blinds could have been raised upon our arrival, as the apartment is very bright. Unfortunately, at noon, they were lowered and the atmosphere was sordid! The first impression was not the most positive, but then it was a real pleasure! To find a dustpan and brush, we had to open an interior window (in the kitchen) and go down to the balcony. The first time we took a shower, the drain was clogged. A prior check would have been appreciated. We also found a glass of water and cigarette butts on the balcony, next to a plastic chair... obviously, the previous occupants had been smoking. We reported the problem to the host, even sending him a photo, but the glass with the cigarette butts was still there when we left! The kitchen could be better equipped. When a family stays in an apartment with a kitchen, living room, etc., they expect to be able to cook, have a snack, and there are no glasses, for example. These are just details that did not spoil our pleasant stay in any way, but they make all the difference.

The location was incredible! The balcony overlooked a beautiful church and a square full of cafes. And the best part… the beach where we surfed every day was just a stone's throw away! Not to mention the easy walk to the old town and other attractions. Plus, the bus station was within walking distance! We had a small issue with the keys… but it was mostly our fault!
