Everything was perfect. The garage is about a five-minute walk away. Easy access. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the old town and La Concha beach. It's next to the Anoeta stadium. The neighborhood has all amenities, and there's a supermarket five minutes away.

Modern and functional. There was a motion-activated light that we couldn't disable, which was annoying if you got up at night because the children's bedroom door couldn't be closed with both beds in place, and it illuminated the room. The garage was a bit far.

Very clean, modern, quality appliances, fully equipped, fast internet, 2-2.5 km from centre. Fan, no A/C, but you know that when you book and tbh you don't need it in San Sebastián 360 days/year. Parking included. Instructions to access the apartment are complicated and the door opening system does not work properly (my wife couldn't open it at all). Parking located in a different building, 5 minutes away, with the entrance quite difficult to locate.

Very nice 2 bedrooms appartement in a well maintained building, located in a very peaceful location. Close by the river banks. Lots of shopping and restaurants around. Lovely just, very helpful and friendly.
