Located on Avenida Felipe IV, in the heart of the popular Amara neighborhood, the fully equipped and recently renovated apartment combines the comfort of well-maintained facilities with an enviable location, perfectly connected to the center of San Sebastián, just five minutes from Anoeta Stadium, and surrounded by all kinds of services that will make your stay even more comfortable.

With a modern and spacious kitchen connected to a spacious living room, the apartment has two bedrooms, the first a double, the second a single; it also has a sofa bed, a small balcony, a bathroom, and an office with a washing machine and dryer. The apartment also includes a convenient parking space located in an adjacent building just 150 meters from the entrance.

1. To ensure compliance with current regulations regarding citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, which may request the tourist's ID and/or selfie.
