The apartment is tastefully renovated and super comfortable for a stay in San Sebastián. The furniture is also very well chosen to make things easier, and they even left us an evolving high chair for the little one which also served as a step for the sink. The location is great, you can walk everywhere, and the Easo parking, which we booked with Telpark for the entire stay, couldn't be closer. Very good places nearby to order food. Don't miss trying the tortillas from Amara, right at the beginning of the street 🙂 Details. The photos are exactly as the apartment is, including the "views" of the embankment since the street is on a slope. Even so, in August at noon, the light that entered through the living room and the main bedroom was surprising. The patio that the second bedroom faces is very dirty and dark, but for a short stay it doesn't bother much. In general, there was a feeling of humidity in the apartment, but I guess it goes with the climate, although some dehumidifiers could help. The type of flooring, linoleum, is a very dirty material and we ended up having to sweep almost every day. Finally, there were some management details that could be improved, they are small things but if they were taken care of, the experience would be greatly improved: the TV remote had no batteries and we had to use the ones from the thermostat, and the fan remote didn't work either but we managed without it; we would have appreciated a folding step for the bathroom although we used the high chair; and in the kitchen the utensils are scarce (enough for a service of 4 people) considering that there is a dishwasher, which is a shame to use almost empty. As a suggestion, the second bedroom would be better utilized if a trundle bed were put in because two children would fit perfectly.

Ubicación, comodidad Cerca del topo, barrio interesante con restaurantes, cafeterías y supermercado. Problema de acceso porque el portal se encuentra en las escaleras de la calle perpendicular a la principal, pero una vez aclarado todo fantástico

Great location, we arrived by bus , it's close to the station and a short walk to the beach and old town. Very quite at night time which is great The apartment seemed a little damp, like bed sheets and even clothes that hung in the bedrooms for a few days. There was also a really strong smell, at times of food cooking, in the mornings and the evenings which wasn't nice to sleep to.

The apartment was very clean and has everything you may need. The location is within short distance to old town. The view of the property was a cliff wall so was a little dark/ couldn’t see the sky.

Modern apartment in a block, ideal for 3 persons. This is a very clean & well stocked apartment around 10 minutes walk from La Concha & 20 minutes from the old town or Gros. There are bars/ restaurants nearby including the pedestrianised street Reyes Católicos which has numerous places to eat & drink. There is also a large supermarket just around the corner.
